These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by No Nonsense Transport (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote, booking services, or using our website, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Services Provided
No Nonsense Transport provides freight transportation services using cargo vans and trucks. Services may include:
- Same-day freight delivery
- After-hours, overnight, weekend, and holiday transport
- Scheduled and on-demand dispatch services
Service Limitation: All services are provided based on availability. No guarantee of service is made unless specifically stated in a written contract.
2. Quotes, Pricing & Fuel Surcharges
- All quotes are estimates only unless confirmed in a written agreement.
- Final pricing may vary based on:
- Load size, weight, or classification
- Waiting time at pickup or delivery
- Route changes or additional stops
- Weather, road closures, or unforeseen delays
- After-hours, weekend, or holiday service requests
- Fuel surcharges may apply and will be disclosed when applicable.
Pricing Disclaimer: Quotes are not binding and may change prior to or during service if conditions differ from initial information provided.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are established prior to dispatch.
- Prepayment, deposit, or COD may be required before shipment acceptance.
- Late payments may result in service suspension and/or collection actions.
- Customer remains responsible for all agreed charges once dispatch has been initiated.
4. Liability Limitations
- We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic incidents
- Road closures or detours
- Mechanical breakdowns
- DOT regulations or enforcement actions
- Events outside reasonable operational control
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Liability for loss or damage to freight is limited to the coverage provided under our active insurance policy, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made prior to dispatch assignment.
- Once a driver is dispatched or en route, cancellation fees may apply.
- No-shows or refused pickups may be charged partial or full service fees.
6. Shipper Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
- Proper packaging, labeling, and readiness of freight
- Accurate shipment details (weight, contents, and value)
- Ensuring pickup readiness at scheduled time
- Compliance with all applicable shipping laws and regulations
We are not responsible for improperly packaged, mislabeled, or misdeclared freight.
7. Service Acceptance & Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any shipment at any time for:
- Safety concerns
- Misrepresentation of freight
- Suspicion of illegal or prohibited goods
- Operational limitations or availability issues
8. Prohibited Items
We do not transport:
- Illegal goods or contraband
- Hazardous materials without prior written approval
- Weapons, explosives, or restricted substances
- Stolen or unverified freight
- Any items prohibited under federal, state, or local law
9. Insurance
We maintain commercial cargo and liability insurance as required by law. Coverage details are available upon request. High-value shipments may require additional declared coverage or special arrangements.
10. Fuel, After-Hours & Operational Policies
- Fuel surcharges may be applied based on market conditions.
- After-hours, weekend, holiday, or emergency freight services may include premium pricing.
- Service is subject to operational capacity and driver availability.
11. Disclaimer of Guarantees
- Quotes are estimates only.
- Service is subject to availability.
- We are not responsible for delays outside our control, including weather, DOT restrictions, or road conditions.
- Delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
12. Service Agreement Requirement
Certain shipments may require a separate Service Agreement / Carrier Agreement prior to transport. This agreement governs:
- Freight responsibility
- Insurance coverage limits
- Shipper responsibilities
- Load acceptance rules
13. Website Use & Cookies
Our website may use cookies and tracking technologies for:
